The Perkins House, Phoenix, Arizona

The Perkins were a couple who showed Tom and his roommate, Sam, great kindness while they were stationed outside of Phoenix.

Every weekend, they were invited to stay with the Perkins in their home. The Perkins fed them, provided entertainment, and were so very generous to these two servicemen.

The Perkins home was built in 1936 and is still located at 1631 North 13th Avenue in Phoenix.
