dizziness, drowsiness, headache

bradycardia, palpitation, tachycardia

rhinitis

constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, hepatitis, nausea

HEME:
anemia, thrombocytopenia

METAB:
gynecomastia, hyperuricemia

MS:
myalgia
-
SKIN:
acne, pruritus, sweating, urticaria

Dosage:
Administered
orally
-
Adult:
-
Heartburn,
acid indigestion, sour stomach due to overindulgence: PO 75mg
2 times daily (OTC)
-
Active
duodenal or benign gastric ulcer: PO 300mg at bedtime or 150mg
2 times daily for 4-8 weeks
-
Maintenance
of healed duodenal ulcer: PO 150mg at bedtime
-
Gastroesophageal
reflux disease: PO 15omg 2 times daily
Dosage
adjustment of renal insufficiency (active ulcer disease), CrCl 20-50
mg/mil, 150mg once daily; CrCl <20 ml/min 150mg every other day
