This video was produced by the Naval Media Center for the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in 1995.
This video was designed to train first responders to medical emergencies in the important immediate first steps to take in saving their shipmates. Important points are:

Assess the situation and call for help.

ABC's (Airway, Breathing, Circulation)

Clear the airway if obstructed

Check for breathing and a pulse, then other injuries

First Aid for:

Burns

Compound Jaw Fracture

Sucking Chest Wound

Electrical Shock

Traumatic Amputation

Eviscerated Abdomen

Smoke Inhalation

Compound Leg Fracture
