We have included a section on biologicals and vitamins and minerals primarily because natural resistance, and vitamins and minerals can prevent as well as successfully treat disease, malnutrition, and vitamin deficiencies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Remember, this subcourse is not intended to be used as an authoritative source of drug information. As you know, new drugs as well as new uses for existing drugs are continuously being discovered through research.
