It will be vertical, transverse lie, or oblique.<\/p>\n<p>Then determine whether the bony fetal arms and legs are to the left or right side. The smooth back is on the opposite side.<\/p>\n<p>Make a \u201cV\u201d with your hand and press in just over the symphysis.
