8-4. CARDIAC ARREST DURING PATIENT TRANSPORT

 

a. Stop the vehicle.

 

b. If the AED is not immediately available, perform CPR until it is.

 

c. Analyze the rhythm.

 

d. Deliver shock if indicated.

 

e. Continue resuscitation.
