His telegram notifies his dad that he&#8217;s coming, the time and date of his arrival, and the name of the train, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/brooksidepress.org\/cartmell\/things\/southern-pacific-challenger\/\">The Southern Pacific Challenger<\/a>.&#8221;\u00a0 Dr. Cartmell has written on the telegram, &#8220;Northwestern, Madison and Canal&#8221; indicating the name of the arriving train station (Northwestern Station) and the address (corner of Madison and Canal Streets in Chicago).\r\n
