1. When available, commissaries will be inspected by U.S. Army veterinary personnel. When U.S. Army personnel are not available, commissaries will be inspected by Navy medical department personnel using MIL-STD-903, Sanitary Standards for Commissaries, DD Form 2460, attached to the back of MII-STD-903, will be used to report these inspections. It may be reproduced locally.

a. Article 1-43, Delicatessens and Article 1-44, Bulk Fish/Seafood Market should be used when applicable.

b. NAVRESSOINST 4065.67, Sanitation Requirements for Navy Commissaries.
