This chapter prescribes the policies, procedures, and responsibilities for implementing the Navy and Marine Corps Food Service Sanitation Program. It applies to all food service operations within the Navy and Marine Corps, including the Military Sealift Command, Navy Reserve and Marine Corps Reserve.
