bradycardia, cardiac arrest, dysrhythmias, fetal bradycardia,
hypotension, myocardia depression

EENT:
blurred vision, miosis, tinnitus

GI:
nausea, vomiting

RESP:
respiratory arrest

SKIN:
allergic reactions, burning, edema, rash, skin discoloration at
injection site, tissue necrosis, urticaria
