Sonohysterography, or saline-enhanced transvaginal ultrasound scanning, is a useful method to evaluate the inside of the uterus. Less invasive than historoscopy, it often provides sufficient information for definitive diagnosis. This video demonstrates the use of a sonohysterogram.
