Undecylenic Acid (Caldesene, Desenex, Cruex, Fungoid Topical Solution)

Description:

  • Antifungal

Indications:

  • Tinea cruris

  • Tinea pedis

  • Tinea corporis

  • Diaper rash

Precautions:

  • Problems not documented in breast feeding

  • Impaired circulation, diabetes mellitus

  • Broken, pustular skin

  • Puncture wounds

  • Children <2 years

Adverse Reactions (Side Effects):

  • SKIN: skin irritation

Dosage:

  • Apply TOPICALLY to affected areas 2 times daily for 2-4 weeks

Products:

  • Solution, 25%

  • Cream, 1%

  • Ointment

  • Powder

  • Soap

  • Spray, 2%
